Day-of, what to expect.
Arrival timing, lockbox protocol, drone clearance, all of it.
HeyGen avatar video coming soon — we'll embed the script-driven walkthrough here once recorded.
Arrival
We text on arrival. If you booked the property as vacant with a lockbox code, you're done — we let ourselves in, shoot, and lock up.
If you're meeting us, plan to step out before we start shooting. Empty rooms shoot faster and look better. We won't be long.
How long we're on-site
Photo only: ~90 minutes for an average home, longer for 4,000+ sqft or complex layouts.
Photo + video: add 1–2 hours.
Premium reel / cinematic: 3–5 hours.
Twilight: we arrive 30 min before golden hour, shoot through dusk — 60-90 minutes total.
Drone
FAA Part 107 licensed. Airspace checked before every shoot. Restricted areas (near airports, military bases) need 48 hours notice for authorization — flag this when you book.
Weather
Light overcast or drizzle — we shoot. Heavy rain, dangerous wind, or no usable light — we reschedule for free.
Indoor work continues regardless of weather. If only the exterior is impacted, we'll shoot interior on the original day and come back for exterior — no extra charge.
If something goes wrong on-site
Pet escape, neighbor showing up, surprise occupant, lockbox not working — text us. We've handled all of it. We'll either work around it or reschedule on the spot.
After we leave
You'll get a text when we depart, confirming the shoot's complete. Photos drop in your inbox within 24 hours. Video, 2–5 business days. You'll get a Media Ready email the moment files are live.
