SMS Terms
These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by PeaceWithn LLC, doing business as Real Estate Media Life and as Tayshaun Pitt ("REML," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Program description
REML sends text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted. Messages may include:
- Replies and follow-ups to an inquiry you submitted
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Shoot-day logistics and delivery notifications
- Account, billing, and service updates
- Occasional marketing about our services
2. How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and submitting a form on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, by texting us first, or by telling us in person, by phone, or in writing that we can text you.
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us. You can ask us to contact you by email or phone instead, at any time.
Messages may be sent using automated technology, including automated dialing systems and pre-recorded or AI-assisted messages, and may be sent even if your number appears on a state or national Do Not Call list.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on how you interact with us. Most people receive a small number of messages tied to an inquiry, a booking, or an active project.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. REML does not charge for text messages. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
5. How to opt out
| STOP | Reply STOP to any message to end all texts. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages. |

| Other | You can also email or call us and ask to be removed. We may need to confirm the number. |
Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or phone contact. To stop those, use the unsubscribe link in any email or tell us directly.
6. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
7. Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
We share your number with our messaging service providers only to the extent needed to deliver messages to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
8. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change and the revised version will be posted here.
