A media company started in Virginia Beach by people who got tired of watching good properties — and good agents — get shot like everyone else.
I'm Tay. I started this at 17, helping a neighbor's real estate agent carry a rug into a house. I asked if she had a photographer. She didn't. That was the whole pitch.
Before cameras it was candy in school, candy outside Walmart, shoes online, iPhones, lawns. Side hustles since I could carry product. Real estate came accidentally — but the work has been the obsession ever since.
Real estate media in Hampton Roads was stuck. Wide-angle stills with the lights blown out. Walkthroughs scored to elevator music. Headshots with crossed arms in front of a brick wall. Every agent looked like every other agent. Every house looked like every other house.
REML is built to do the opposite. Listings shot like films. Agents shot like the people they actually are. Vertical-first. Cinematic. Done-for-you, so you don't have to think about the media side.
"The market doesn't reward better. It rewards different done with conviction."
Real Estate. We don't shoot weddings or babies or food. We do this and we do it deeply. Every shot list, every cut, every framing decision is built around how property and people in property get sold.
Media. Photo. Video. Drone. Twilight. Short-form. Long-form. We're not a "video company" or a "photo company." We're whatever the brief calls for, with one creative eye running it all.
Life. A house is the biggest backdrop in someone's life. Listings, agents, brands — we shoot for the life that happens around the walls, not just the walls.
