How to reschedule.

24+ hours notice, free. Same-day is different. Weather is different.

Sign into your Spiro account (web or app). Click Listings at the top. Find the upcoming shoot. Hit Reschedule or Add Notes. Pick a new time. Done.

Step-by-step

1. Sign into your Spiro account — portal.spiro.media or the iOS app.

2. Click Listings in the top nav. (Other tabs are Orders and Invoices.)

3. Find your upcoming shoot — it'll be tagged Confirmed Appointment.

4. You'll see three buttons: View Order Details, Reschedule, Add Notes.

5. Hit Reschedule, pick a new date/time from the calendar, confirm. Or hit Add Notes if you just need to add info to the existing shoot.

6. You can also cancel from this same screen.

Policy — 24+ hours

Free reschedule, no questions, no penalty. Easiest path is the link in your Order Confirmed email — keeps everything synced with Spiro automatically.

Less than 24 hours

Deposit retained. We'll work with you on a new date. Repeated last-minute changes may affect future booking priority.

Same day

Full session fee charged. Exception: weather that actively hurts the work — we move it free, you don't pay.
