This Privacy Policy explains how PeaceWithn LLC, doing business as Real Estate Media Life and as Tayshaun Pitt ("REML," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. It applies to this website, our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, our lead forms, and our communications with you.

Information you give us
When you fill out a form, respond to one of our ads, or contact us directly, we may collect:

- Business details you choose to share — for example approximate monthly revenue range, the equipment your business operates, and how soon you are looking to start
- Anything else you include in a message, form field, call, or text with us

We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, which help us measure and improve our advertising.
Information from Meta lead forms
If you submit a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) Instant Form, Meta may pre-fill certain fields — such as your name, email, and phone number — from your Meta profile. You can edit those fields before submitting. Once you submit, that information is transmitted to us.

4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

By providing your phone number and submitting a form, you agree that REML may contact you at that number by phone call and text message, including through automated dialing systems and pre-recorded or AI-assisted messages, for the purposes described in this policy — even if that number appears on a state or national Do Not Call list.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing messages in order to buy anything from us.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
- To stop emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
- To stop calls, tell us on any call or email us.

6. Your rights and choices
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing, and opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.
Email tay@realestatemedialife.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within the timeframe required by law, generally within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Residents of Virginia and other US states
If you live in Virginia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights including the right to appeal a denied request. To appeal, reply to our response or email us with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

7. How long we keep your information
- Inquiries that don't become clients: up to 24 months from your last contact with us
- Clients: the length of our engagement plus 7 years, for tax, accounting, and legal reasons
- Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete
We may keep limited records longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our site and messages may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version here.
