How to share.

TC, admin, co-listing agent, sellers — same link, same access.

In Spiro, click your profile icon (top right) → dropdown → SettingsAccount Managers and Contacts. Add an Account Manager (full access) or just an additional Contact (gets emails only).

Step-by-step

1. Sign into Spiro (web or app).

2. Click your profile icon in the top right.

3. Click the dropdown arrow → Settings.

4. Navigate to Account Managers and Contacts.

5. Pick the access level (below) and add the email.

Account Manager — full access

Add an email under Granted Access as an Account Manager. They can:

Best for: TC, brokerage admin, full-service VA.

Additional Contact — emails only

Add an email as a Contact. They receive every email you receive (booking confirmation, delivery, invoices) but can't take action in Spiro.

Best for: co-listing agents, sellers who want updates, brokerage cc list.

Quick share — no setup

For one-off sharing: just forward your delivery email. Anyone with the link can view, pay if needed, and download. No Spiro login required for them. Fastest for sellers and one-time shares.

Manage your own contact info

Same Settings screen also handles your phone, email, brokerage info, and SMS preferences. Update anytime — changes apply to future communications immediately.
